Fund the validation in proportion to the evidence
All three scenarios fund transactional validation of the existing portfolio. Elite Showcase remains outside the model. The Base scenario is the recommended six-month investment case.
Complete executive structure, CLIDEA, measured media investment and operating capacity. Targets one completed transaction.
Higher retainers and substantially more media. Only justified after qualified demand or a concrete high-value opportunity emerges.
€53,571 calculated runway, rounded with a €1,429 operating margin.
- Priority inventory confirmed
- ≥5 qualified buyers
- ≥2 visits or proposals
- Closing by 15 January
Working net-commission hypothesis for one transaction. Estimated result after costs and commercial variable: +€13,929.
Estimated unpaid human capital, plus the portfolio, mandates, brand, materials and relationships already built.

Adjust the operating model
Fixed executive structure
Validation retainers, not market salaries. This compares Jordi, Liana and the Commercial Executive's fixed base. Commercial incentives are calculated separately and arise only on collected revenue.
CLIDEA · modular services
Actual reference: €300 advisory + €600 paid-media management, plus VAT. Known minimum commitment: three months.
Direct media investment
Budget paid directly to each platform. It is separate from CLIDEA's fees.
Operations
Elite Showcase · outside the Base case
Independent experimental thesis. No costs or revenue are assigned to the six-month runway until its client, problem, deliverables and price are defined and one asset is willing to pay.
Open Elite Showcase trackTransactional revenue hypothesis
€75,000 is an editable working hypothesis until the priority assets are selected. The Base incentive is 10% of SuperLiving's net collected commission, paid only if a contractually recognised sales contributor generates or closes the transaction.
